I’m not able to place an order

If you’re facing issues placing an order, it could be due to payment failures, address errors, or a temporary glitch.

Where is my order?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, they’re handed over to our courier partners for delivery. You can track your order in Tracking Page.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please allow an extra 24–48 hours. Our team actively monitors delayed shipments to make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Want to cancel your order?

You can cancel your order through Tracking Page anytime before it is dispatched (usually within an hour of order confirmation). Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Why was I charged for reverse pickup?

In cases where the same product is returned more than twice, a reverse shipment fee of ₹99 will apply.

How do I get my refund for discounted items?

Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or refund.

My payment was deducted but the order wasn’t placed. What should I do?

Don’t worry! If the payment was deducted but the order didn’t go through, the refund is usually processed automatically. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
