I’m not able to place an order

If you’re facing issues placing an order, it could be due to payment failures, address errors, or a temporary glitch.

We recommend checking your internet connection, trying a different payment method, or refreshing the page/app and trying again.

Where is my order?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, they’re handed over to our courier partners for delivery. You can track your order in Tracking Page.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please allow an extra 24–48 hours. Our team actively monitors delayed shipments to make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Want to cancel your order?

If your order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation won’t be possible. In that case, you can simply refuse the delivery upon arrival.

For prepaid orders, your refund will be initiated once the package is returned to us.

How do I return my order?

You can initiate a return through Return & exchange within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure the items are unused and in their original condition.

You can place an exchange request through My Orders within 10 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is unused, intact, and not part of any special promotion (such as BOGO offers).

My return hasn’t been picked up

Our courier partner usually collects return orders within 2–3 business days of your request.

Refunds are processed once the returned item clears a quick quality check. It may take 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount.

Prepaid refunds are sent to your original payment method, while COD refunds are added to your RJ Wallet for future purchases.

Can I return all items?

Items received as part of promotional offers (e.g., free products) are not eligible for return or exchange.

I’ve requested a replacement — when will I receive it?

Our courier partner will pick up your existing item within 1–2 business days. The replacement will be dispatched after a successful quality check at our warehouse. You can track the progress under Return & exchange.

Why is my pickup delayed?

Pickups are usually completed within 2–3 business days. If a slot is missed, it is automatically rescheduled. Our courier partner will attempt pickup up to 3 times before closing the request. Track your pickup status in Order Tracking.

Where is my refund?

You can track your refund anytime in the Refunds section of your account. Refunds are processed once the returned item passes a quick quality check. It may take 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount.

  1. Prepaid orders: Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
  2. COD orders: Refunds are credited to your RJ Vault for future use.

How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed based on your payment method. The amount is usually credited within 2–3 working days. If not, please contact your bank.

  1. If a promotional/coupon code was used, the refund will be issued as store credit.
  2. For non-promotional purchases, the refund will go back to your bank account.
How do I get my refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

Refunds for COD orders are credited to your RJ Wallet, which you can use for future purchases. Check your wallet balance in the Refunds section.

Why was I charged for reverse pickup?

As per our updated return policy, reverse shipments may have charges based on quantity:

  • 0–2 items → Free
  • 3–5 items → ₹50/item
  • 6–7 items → ₹75/item
  • More than 7 → ₹100/item

This small handling charge helps us maintain fast and reliable returns, keeping the process smooth and sustainable.

How do I get my refund for discounted items?

For orders placed with a discount, the returned items will be billed at MRP, and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.

My payment was deducted but the order wasn’t placed. What should I do?

Don’t worry! If the payment was deducted but the order didn’t go through, the refund is usually processed automatically. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
