Payment methods

We currently accept India-issued debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Rupay), Net Banking and COD handling charge. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept orders over or payment information via phone or through mobile wallets and card on delivery.

Important payment information:

• Debit and credit cards are charged once the order is placed.
• Credit or debit cards issued outside India cannot be used to pay on rockstarjeans.com
• For cash on delivery payments, we only accept valid currency notes. Card on delivery facility is not available.

Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information if there is an issue with your payment.

Orders are packed and shipped monday - saturday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

All confidential data, such as payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through a secure channel using ssl encryption.

Should any unauthorised charges appear on your credit/ debit card or bank account as a result of shopping with rockstar jeans, please notify your credit card provider or bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Please note that Rockstar Jeans will never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit details via email, except in the case of refunds for cash on delivery (cod) orders. If you receive an email claiming to be from Rockstar Jeans® asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our customer care team immediately.
